B-J Enterprises has developed advanced forming techniques to produce seamless vessels, tubing, liners, cones, skirts, and nozzles from refractory and reactive metals including tantalum, niobium (columbium), molybdenum, zirconium, vanadium, and their alloys. A combination of deep draw, spinning, and machining processes produces high-quality formed parts with wall thickness above 0.003 in. and height-to-diameter ratios of more than 20:1. The company also maintains an extensive inventory of forming tooling for virtually thousands of shapes, diameters, and heights.
