Spring-Fast cushion grommets from Device Technologies (www.devicetec.com) feature a soft polymer cushion to protect cables and wires from abrasion caused by rough edges in sheet metal and other materials. UL94V-0 rated, the grommets are made of nylon-coated stainless steel, with a soft (90 Shore A) polymer cushion. Offering one-step installation, they require no adhesives and/or degreasing solvents. The grommets are offered in several sizes for sheet thicknesses ranging from 0.6 to 6.4 mm. They are available in factory pre-cut lengths, in kits, and in 7.6- and 30.5-m reels.
