Scanning probe

A new version of the Q-Scope 350 scanning probe microscope (SPM) is now available from Quesant Instrument Corp. It features a standard z-axis positioning sensor with continuous accuracy of more than 99%, and is a turnkey SPM with numerous standard user-friendly features, which include Quesant's ScanAtomic and Q-Analysis software, an acoustic/vibration isolation chamber, and a video microscope with a 90% top-down view. Customization options include a sample heater (250°C), scanning in liquids, extended z range of 17 µm, magnetic force and electric force scan modes, and others.
