The RIC7113, International Rectifier Corp.'s radiation-hardened, high-frequency 400-V high- and low-side N-Channel MOSFET driver integrated circuit is a functional pin-to-pin replacement for the industry-standard IR2110 driver family. The driver's 400-V high-side drive capability offers power supply designers the ability to use power supply topologies that require a floating high-side switch. Designed specifically to provide reliable performance in harsh-radiation environments encountered in space applications, the device can withstand a total dose exposure of 100K Rad(Si) with no performance degradation.
