Laser powder fusion welders

Huffman Corp.'s HC-203S Multi-Purpose Laser Powder Fusion Welder and the HC-205 Five-Axis Laser Powder Fusion Welder are designed for hardfacing and resurfacing components such as aerospace engine blades. The HC-203S offers a great amount of flexibility for conventional welding as well as welding at elevated temperatures and is well suited for turbine blade-tip repair of single-crystal and conventional high-nickel alloys. The HC-205 is a multi-axis welder and allows the option of using three, four, or five CNC axes. Both machines have a compact 34-ft2 footprint, offering high precision and accuracy while eliminating the need for multiple machines and setups.
