Molded-in shielding

Gridshield from NK Manufacturing Technologies is a molded-in shielding process for plastic enclosures that is up to 30% more economical than vacuum metalizing or conductive paint. The shielding method embeds a corrosion-resistant metal screen mesh into plastic enclosures to ensure greater EMI/RFI shielding, which provides increased structural strength and dimensional stability. It also eliminates contamination that can result when painted or vacuum metalized shielding flakes or peels from enclosure surfaces.
