Motorized spindles

GMN USA has developed the advanced HSP family of motorized spindles for high-speed milling, drilling, and grinding applications. Various spindle sizes are available with maximum speeds ranging from 12,000 to 51,000 rpm, tool interfaces from HSK 25 to HSK 100, and power from 10 to 100 hp. Spindles are dynamometer-tested to provide the actual shaft power at output. Other available features include permanent grease lubrication, liquid cooling for the motor and front bearing, coolant through the spindle shaft and a tool flange arranged for a manual or automatic tool change system.
