JERDA has developed a fully powered, lightweight business aircraft seat for the OEM and refurbishment markets
that offers improved comfort and serviceability. The chair's comfort features include a seatpan that raises and lowers
to customize seat positions through full berthing and a lunch/reading position forward of the takeoff and landing
detent. A new footrest extension also automatically retracts when the footrest is stowed. Designed to minimize build,
completion, and service times, the chair offers a universal platform that accommodates a large variation of seat widths
suitable for aircraft fuselage sizes from the Lear 45 through the BBJ.
