Finishing points and wheels

Rex-Cut Products' cotton-fiber-mounted points and wheels are available in a variety of shapes and sizes for deburing and finishing aircraft engine components, machined and cast parts, and cleaning tools and dies. The products feature laminated construction of nonwoven cotton fiber and aluminum oxide or silicon carbide abrasive grains to provide smooth, controlled grinding without chatter. Suitable for applications such as edge-breaking, chamfering, deflashing, deburring, corner blending and cleaning, the mounted points and wheels are nonloading and can be used on aluminum, stainless steel, titanium, exotic metals, and alloys.
