General Atomics picks San Diego facility for Mariner tests

General Atomics has joined the list of companies using the San Diego Air & Space Technology Center's wind tunnel for aerodynamics testing. The company, based in San Diego, used the facility over a recent two-week period to test a one-tenth-scale model of the 36-ft-long Team Mariner unmanned aircraft system.
