Fioravanti F100

The mid-engined Fioravanti F100 is described as a concept for the year 2000 and dedicated to the centenary of Enzo Ferrari's birth. It has been designed to take a V10 engine driving through a semiautomatic gearbox, with F1-type paddle gear selection mounted behind the steering wheel. The engine air intakes are positioned on the roof panel. The Fergat Company worked with Fioravanti to create a distinctive steel wheel, with new design and assembly techniques to keep weight down. The F100 uses air brakes to increase drag for added braking effect. The car is 4390 mm (173 in.) long, 1910 mm (75.5 in.) wide, and 1140 mm (44.5 in.) high on a 2550-mm (101 in.) wheelbase.
