Rugged capacitors

Vishay's aluminum electrolytic capacitors feature a rugged 150°C (300°F) temperature rating for demanding automotive, aerospace, and industrial applications. The axial-style devices will serve in smoothing, filtering, coupling, and decoupling circuits, and are the first such products to offer a 1500-h useful lifetime at 150°C without voltage derating. The EBH/EGH series offers a range of capacitance options from 220-22,000 µF with tolerances of ± 20%.
