Three new Sharnet hot-melt adhesives from Bostik are made with a proprietary foam-fibrillation method to create a uniform, nonwoven adhesive pattern. Applications for SPA110, SPE118, and SPO91 include industrial fabric laminates and automotive interior trim. The products are based on a polymer that provides a fast-set capability; good tensile strength and elongation; excellent adhesion to various substrates; and good resistance to grease, oil, water, solvents, and plasticizer migration.
