Product Briefs Plastic pedal bracket A plastic pedal bracket produced by Adwest Driver Systems for the Rover 75 uses DuPont Zytel nylon resin. This is the first volume production sedan to feature a complete injection-molded plastic pedal bracket—a component traditionally made in metal. The bracket is lighter (about one-third the weight of a metal part) and integrates functional parts for assembly cost savings.
