Material produces lighter-weight fuel tanks
FINA Chemicals' FINA-THENE WR 201 B/WR 201 BN resin enables fuel tanks to achieve weight savings of
about 10% over existing high-density polyethylene grades. The material maintains compliance with industry fire and impact safety standards and offers enhanced productivity. Rigidity is also sufficient for thinner wall moldings, and, therefore, an automatic reduction in material usage.
