Emissions test systems

Horiba Instruments, Inc. produces various complex auto emission sampling and analytical systems, process control systems for state air quality regulations, and related laboratory equipment. The automotive systems use dynamometers to test exhaust emissions and fuel efficiency at a variety of temperatures and other simulated operating conditions. The firm's test equipment is also used for gasoline and diesel engine testing applications. All of the basic benches feature high-quality components including Peter Paul solenoid valves. Typically, a range of 40 to 50 solenoid valves is enclosed in a Horiba engine cabinet, based on the number of analyzers on the specific bench.
