Johnson Controls appeals to the senses
Emotional factors, in addition to rational factors, now play an increasingly important role in vehicle choice. This is why Johnson Controls, Inc., a worldwide supplier of automotive interior systems, has developed what it calls "Sensory" as a design theme for future vehicles. The purpose, says the company, is to engage all the senses in a consistent and balanced way that will heighten the emotional appeal of each vehicle.
